You are right, you don't need a ton. I could probably get away with using an ounce or two of this at a time. It cleaned my hair without stripping it which is a thumbs up for me.

Don't like using shampoos much, but every now and again I need one. This shampoo does the job and smells pretty. It's a little runny (like it says), it does help it spread around. Didn't strip my hair. Pretty good.
