The Daily Fix Cleansing Hair Conditioner and the Gentle Cleansing Shampoo can be used interchangeably by all hair types depending on need or routine. Need help determining your hair's porosity? If your hair has not been permanently colored, is not regularly heat treated (flat-ironed/blow-dried), does not tend to absorb a lot of product, takes a "normal" amount of time to dry, and you otherwise take good care of it, you can assume normal-low porosity.
