Amazing!!! This is my favorite CJ product! I would never have thought to try this on my baby fine 3a hair, but Marsha recommended it and WOW! I use slightly more than a pea-sized amount on my shoulder length hair as LI, top with a gel or mousse, scrunch and diffuse, and perfection!

I have a LOT of mostly wavy hair with some curl that becomes frizzy and poofy VERY easily. I needed something to help define and hold my curl, something a little heavy. I use this as a leave-in conditioner underneath Curls Rock by Tigi, and combined with a little diffusion it's magic. It adds SUPERIOR definition and hold, without weighing my hair down. There is a little stiffness to my curls, but it is not horrific. Also adds a wonderful shine without looking greasy. Curls Rock on it's own was pretty good hold, but together they really kick it out of the ball park for me. Sorry about plugging another brand too, but curly hair peeps need all the advice they can get.

I have to give props where it is due, this is a great product, hands down. My hair LOVES proteins. I try not to go overboard with it and got worried because for 1. this was not recommended for my hair type (3a/3c-4a mostly/4b). 2). There is a lot of protein in here, is this too much?? 3). Is it worth the $24?? It is worth the money. If your hair likes protein give this a try. it gave me moisture, smells great, and it also gave me back that bounce my hair was missing. This is a def buy back!

It's great as a deep conditioner, rinse or our leave in!! I get great hair every time I use this treatment.
